Warrly keeps the date and tells you before it arrives.
Free with ads. The paid plan raises the limits.
The free tier is what you use today: it carries ads and stops at the numbers below. The paid tier is not on sale yet; when it is, it removes the ads and raises these limits.
The free plan
Free, ad-supported, and here is where it stops
- 50 active devices — 500 rows if you count sold ones
- 5 warranty plans per device
- 5 files per device, up to 5 MB each
- 100 MB of files per account, total
- 100 subscriptions
- 200 wishlist items
Your data
Your receipts are yours
Photos and PDFs are encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM. Each file has its own key, and that key is wrapped by the system master key.
The free tier carries ads. Ads may use cookies or device identifiers; when it goes on sale, the paid tier removes them. Details in the privacy policy, section 5.
Privacy policy, sections 3 and 5 →Leaving
Leave whenever
Export everything as JSON, or as a .zip with the encrypted image files. Delete the account in Settings — no request by email.
Privacy policy, section 6 →Five questions we get.
If yours is not here, the support email is at the bottom of the page.
Is it really free?
Yes — and it has limits, plus ads. The free tier does not expire and needs no card, but it carries ads and stops at the numbers above: 50 active devices, 5 warranty plans per device, 5 files per device, 100 MB in total, 100 subscriptions, 200 wishlist items. The paid tier is not on sale yet; when it is, it removes the ads and raises those limits.
Terms, section 4 →What happens to my receipts if I stop using it?
Nothing is deleted just because you stop signing in. The data stays until you delete the account yourself. Before you go, open Settings → Backup & restore and download JSON (the records) or a .zip (the encrypted image files). The JSON carries no images; the images in the .zip can only be opened when restored to a server that still holds the matching key.
Privacy policy, section 6 →Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari — no download needed. On iOS 16.4 or later you can add Warrly to your home screen and turn on push notifications. The native iOS app is in TestFlight beta; it is not on the App Store yet.
Is my data safe?
Receipts are encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM; each file has its own key, and that key is wrapped by the system master key. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, and your session lives in an encrypted cookie. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK and no data sold; the free tier carries ads, and ads may use cookies or device identifiers (see the privacy policy, section 5). The AI assistant is off by default and only sends a decrypted receipt image or the content of a claim assessment to Anthropic after you turn it on.
Privacy policy, sections 3 and 5 →Are you a warranty provider?
No. Warrly records dates and receipts and sends reminders. The warranty is a contract between you and the manufacturer or retailer; they decide whether to repair, replace or refuse a claim. The AI assessment, if you turn it on, is guidance for you to check — not a warranty decision.
Terms, section 1 →Keep the date from today.
Free to start. No card. The free tier has ads; the paid tier does not.
A note from the person who built Warrly
Warrly started with a 30-day deadline. A new device usually has a short exchange window — often thirty days — before the only route left is a repair. That window is the retailer's policy and the brand's, not a law, and it differs from one place to the next. The warranty clock can also start at activation, when it leaves the warehouse, or at purchase, depending on the brand — and the receipt is what proves the date. I built Warrly to keep the date and the receipt together, remind you on the schedule you choose — 30 and 7 days by default — and promise nothing beyond that.
